WRA assists employees with a wide range of workplace issues including unpaid wages, contracts of employment, working time, annual leave, public holidays, discrimination, bullying, harassment, disciplinary procedures, and unfair dismissal. We provide clear advice, advocacy, representation, and practical support to help workers understand their rights and access the protections available under Irish employment law. Where possible, we encourage communication and resolution before disputes escalate.
