Bruno Andreu De-Alcoholised Sparkling Chardonnay, NV, Vin de France

After traditional vinification, the wine maker Bruno Andreu, uses precise low pressure, low temperature methods that preserve both the wine’s structure and aromas. These aromas are then removed, the alcohol separated, before the aromas are added back in. The result is a wine of fine bubbles and balanced acidity with delicate notes of white flowers, peach and citrus.
