Hire Watchetts Clubhouse
for your event!

Watchetts Clubhouse is available to hire during the year for private functions. We have three indoor rooms suitable for any function. Sit down dinners and birthday parties in the Club Room, smaller events and business meetings in Paddy's Bar and community events or children's parties in the downstairs Hall.

The rooms are offered for minimum hire periods but the hire can be extended, in discussion with our clubhouse manager, to suit your requirements. Please make an initial booking via the website and our clubhouse manager will be in touch with you, or contact our clubhouse manager directly.

Food is available from tea and coffee, hot or cold buffet through to sit down dinners. Please talk to our clubhouse manager about catering for your event.

Please note the club house is used by a number of different groups so isn't always available, please use the room calendars to check for initial availability.

Terms & Conditions

- Bookings are subject to review and final agreement of the Clubhouse Manager

- If you cancel your booking, less than 2 weeks before the hire, you'll be charged 50% of the booking price

- If you don't show up for your booking, you'll be charged the full booking price

- Prepayments and damage deposits will be required for all bookings

- Card details will be taken at the time of booking, but no charges will be processed until the booking is confirmed
