Valleywide, On time all the time

Anniversary of a death, needed a lift to the church.. this man was Selfish, rude and no help at all If you're not from the area he'll make excuses and won't be bothered with you. My advice would be to find somebody who's willing to help. EDIT AFTER HIS REPLY: HE KNEW EXACTLY WHERE I WAS, I GAVE HIM A STREET NAME AND HE SAID 'OH, YOU'RE OVER THERE, GO TO THE GARAGE', WHEN I COULDNT LOCATE THE GARAGE HE TOLD ME TO GO AWAY AND STARTED BEING RUDE. HORRIBLE LITTLE MAN. NO COMPASSION, DOESN'T LIKE NON LOCALS.

Incredibly rude – they expect you to have intimate knowledge of their business before bothering them with a simple query! Website states they can do abnormal hours if you prebook but again if you politely enquire you will have your head bitten off as this is not the case! *Note, I submitted a query via the online query box. I didn't ring at a bad time. They chose to respond at 5:58AM. How was I meant to know about their booking service? All I wanted was a quote. Avoid.

The guy who runs this business is a horrible person, asked for a taxi for four people as one of us is pregnant and can’t walk long distances, he misheard the time we gave him and then blamed us and told us to ‘just walk’ 40 minutes. Do not go to this guy.

Great journey from Dave, great service

Called to ask a very basic question and get an idea of how much a short trip would be next week to help my planning. Was told ‘if you don’t have an exact time it’s pointless booking now’. They seemed actively angry a customer should be asking a fairly standard question….
