Saturday Crafternoon: Willow Herb Drying Rack
Saturday 16th May 2pm - 4pm Venue: The Spire, Breck Road, Wallasey Step into a slow, herbal kind of wonder as we gather to craft our own willow‑herb drying racks—beautiful, functional pieces that honour the old ways of preserving summer’s green medicine. In this hands-on class, you’ll weave supple willow, to create 2 of your own 30cm racks for drying botanicals with intention and care. Expect a soothing, sensory afternoon filled with gentle creativity, and the quiet satisfaction of making something both earthy and enchanting to take home. A perfect workshop for herb lovers, kitchen witches, and anyone craving a little handcrafted magic.

Summer Healing Dip, Sound-Bath & Picnic: Sunday 5th July
SUMMER HEALING DIP, SOUNDBATH & PICNIC Step into a day woven with magic, restoration, and gentle joy. We begin at St Winefride’s Well, slipping into its legendary healing waters — a cool, shimmering blessing for body, mind, and spirit. Let the centuries of devotion held in those waters wash over you, soften you, and open you to the light of summer. From there, we wander just around the corner to the atmospheric ruins of Basingwerk Abbey — a place where time slows, the air hushes, and the veil feels thin. Among the arches and wildflowers, we’ll share a relaxed summer picnic before sinking into a deeply restorative sound‑bath. Quartz bowls, handpan, chimes, and drum will echo through the old stone, creating a cocoon of resonance that settles the nervous system and nourishes the soul. Come dip, breathe, feast, and unwind with us in two of North Wales’ most enchanted places. Entrance charge to St Winefride’s is not included in the price and is payable on site: approx £2 per person
