Terms & Conditions

By booking a session with Studio Eleven Reformer Pilates, you confirm that you:

1. Agree to the cancellation policy (24+ hours notice required for refund; late cancellations lose deposit; no-shows charged in full)
2. Confirm you are medically fit to participate and have disclosed all relevant health conditions
3. Understand participation is at your own risk
4. Agree to inform the instructor if you are pregnant or postnatal
5. Acknowledge equipment safety limits, including a maximum reformer bed user weight of 18 stone 12 pounds (120kg)
6. Accept that sessions may be refused or terminated for safety or inappropriate behaviour
7. Accept the payment, refund, and instructor cancellation policies
8. Confirm that you are 18 years of age or over, or 16–17 years of age with parental or legal guardian consent

Studio Eleven Reformer Pilates collects and stores personal and health information solely for the purpose of providing safe and effective Pilates sessions, managing bookings, and meeting legal obligations. Data is stored securely and never sold or shared for marketing purposes. By booking a session, you consent to the use of your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
