We walk together wearing headphones, all listening to the same playlist—no pressure, no noise, just vibes.

Meet up from 0945 to get your headsets, we start walking at 10am on the dot

How It Works

1. Everyone get headphones & you follow the group playlist. You can adjust your own individual volume or switch off if you insist 🎧
2. We walk the same route, at a comfortable pace
3. Optional: warm-up stretch + cool-down chat
4. Smiles, waves, and occasional dance breaks encouraged 💖

Ages 8+ but you remain reasonable for any children in your care.

Children in prams welcome as long as they stay seated in the prams.
