1:1 Support
1:1 Parent Support
Parenting a teenager can be one of the most rewarding and challenging stages of family life. When you’re worried about your child, it’s easy to put your own needs aside. Sometimes, supporting the parent is the best place to begin. This session offers a calm, confidential space to pause, reflect and make sense of what’s been happening at home. Together, we might explore: • what’s been happening at home • your teenager’s behaviour and your own responses • communication that keeps breaking down • worries about school, friendships or wellbeing • the pressure of trying to get it right Many parents leave feeling less alone, with greater clarity and a steadier way forward. Some health insurance plans may contribute towards the cost of coaching or wellbeing sessions. Please check directly with your insurer regarding your level of cover. Please note: Not all appointments appear on the calendar, so booking requests are confirmed personally.
1:1 Space to Talk
Sometimes we all need a space to pause, think out loud and make sense of what’s going on. This one-hour coaching session offers a calm, confidential space to explore whatever is on your mind. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, feeling overwhelmed, facing a difficult decision or simply looking for greater clarity, the session is guided by your needs. Together, we might: • untangle what’s happening beneath the surface • make sense of thoughts, feelings and patterns • explore possible next steps at a pace that feels right for you Many people leave with a clearer perspective, a greater sense of direction and feeling more grounded. Some health insurance plans may contribute towards the cost of coaching or wellbeing-related sessions. Please check directly with your insurer regarding your level of cover. Please note: Not all appointments appear on the calendar, so booking requests are confirmed personally.
1:1 Staffroom Support
Supporting students and school staff has been an important part of my work for more than 20 years, so these sessions are offered at a reduced rate. This session provides a calm, confidential space to pause, reflect and talk through whatever is on your mind. It may include: • workload and burnout • challenging situations with students, parents or colleagues • navigating change or difficult conversations • the emotional weight that can build up over time Many people find this space helps them gain perspective, think more clearly and return to their role feeling more grounded. Some health insurance plans may contribute towards the cost of coaching or wellbeing-related sessions. Please check directly with your insurer regarding your level of cover. Please note: Not all appointments appear on the calendar, so booking requests are confirmed personally.
1:1 Student Support
