Reiki Training: Level I (Shoden)
Level I or First Degree (Shoden): What is covered: Students learn the art of self-healing and practicing the calm state of the practitioner. Level I Reiki is the most helpful thing you can learn as a tool for wellbeing. It is practical and easy to learn and do but the impact is far reaching. You will learn how to build space around you in which healing can occur - this translates to throwing off old and unhelpful behaviours, boosting your confidence and knowledge of the self. You will become the most authentic version of yourself, and will be able to process the demands made upon you from many different sources each day. Your tolerance will improve as will your focus and ability to respond rather than react. Suitable for: Those wanting to heal themselves, their family, pets and plants. People of any age, no previous experience required.
Reiki: (Worldwide Distance Session)
Distance Reiki can be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home. It may seem a far-fetched option but for many people it is the perfect solution to receiving help but without the stress and worry of visiting a clinic. It is also suitable for animal work too. Distance Reiki is an hour long session, prior to which, Sarah will work with you to understand your needs. There will be around 45 minutes of active Reiki. Before the session, Sarah will work with you and coach you so that you are able to achieve the relaxed state ideal for receiving Reiki. You will achieve the creation of the same space in which healing can occur as you would during an 'in person' session. You will experience a wonderful sensation of wellbeing as energy blockages, which cause mental and physical pain are released. Distance Reiki is equally as effective as in person Reiki, some people find it moreso.

Reiki: Single Session
During this hour long session, Sarah will work with you to understand your needs. There will be around 45 minutes of active Reiki, for which you will be lying on a treatment couch, or in a recliner chair. You will remain fully clothed for the process and Sarah will lightly place her hands upon your head and major joints such as shoulders and knees. Sarah will guide you into a relaxed state, it is a space in which healing can occur. You will experience a wonderful sensation of wellbeing as energy blockages, which cause mental and physical pain are released.
