We are offering a 15 min hand and arm massage in our quiet corner. This is your 15 mins to decide how you would like to relax. We have the option of - listening to the running water from the aquarium or using our ear defenders to totally block out the sound - Wearing our eye mask (provided) or take in the greenery of the quiet corner. - We offer either oil or body lotion. All from neals yard these have had frankincense, cedarwood and bergamot essential oils added in for total relaxation. Please check before you book if you have any allergies to these products. All info is on the neals yard website. Plus additional pictures of the ingredients have been provided. If you are unsure please contact us before booking. There will be x2 time slots available 9am or 9.30am (these will be before we open so you have the store to yourself without distractions) When booking please allow 24 hours notice so im aware the day before your booking. We offer a repotting service which start from £15, we will then request pictures of the plant/plants and confirm the date you requested and the price (price could change if you require a moss pole, multiple items to repot or the size of the plant) If you require a sat appointment this will only be available between the hours of 9.30 - 12.00 (as you can appreciate Saturdays are a busier day) Please do not drop your plant off without an appointment. This is because we need to make sure we have the space and necessary soil and equipment for the repot. Please check your plant for pests before coming as we can't accept any plant that is infected. We require payment on collection once it had been reppoted. We will always do our best for your plant when repotting however PLEASE BE AWARE that we cant be held responsible if your plant doesn't recover after the repot. Some plants sulk after and in some occasions plants can also perish. Please book 24 hours before you wish to have the appointment
