Catherine is attuned in Reiki Levels 1 and 2, with experience and study in both Jersey and Bali, blending grounded practice with a deeply intuitive approach.

This gentle 1:1 Restorative Reiki experience is designed to help you slow down, create space for deep relaxation, and reconnect with your natural sense of inner calm. A space to pause and allow your nervous system to find deep rest away from the noise of everyday life.

Set in the peaceful countryside of Trinity, Jersey (Channel Islands), this is a quiet escape from the noise of everyday life; a space where you can slow down, soften, and come back to yourself.

In our busy lives, it’s easy to move through the days feeling overwhelmed, emotionally depleted, or like you’re constantly giving your energy away.

During your session, you’ll be guided into a grounded, restorative space where Reiki supports deep relaxation and reconnection with your natural state of balance.

Your experience includes:

✨ Time afterwards to gently reflect and integrate

No experience with Reiki is needed - simply come as you are.

Duration: 60 minutes

Please allow space either side of your session to avoid rushing before or after.
