Stage 1: Initial Visit & Appointment Booking

To secure your appointment, a deposit of £10 is required. This amount will be deducted from your final bill.

The deposit is in place to help manage bookings effectively, following previous experience with missed appointments, late cancellations, and last-minute changes.

Please note: The deposit is non-refundable if cancellations are made within 24 hours of your scheduled time.

Stage 2: Fitting Appointment

Fittings typically take 30–45 minutes for single items such as suits or wedding dresses. If you have multiple items to be fitted during the same visit, the appointment duration will be adjusted accordingly.

Stage 3: Collection & Final Payment

You can collect your completed items once your full payment has been settled. Items will only be released once payment is received in full.
