Full body massage
For when a upper body massage isn't enough and your whole body is tired. Not only great for upper body tension but for if you experience tight calves and tired legs and feet. Abdomen massage can be included on skin or over blanket.
Back, neck, shoulders, scalp
Choose if you want to remain face down for the whole 45 minutes or turn over for a face massage at the end and scalp massage. Massage that focuses on the problem areas that hold stress and tension such as lower back, neck and shoulders. Includes a scalp massage which feels deeply relaxing and stress releasing.
Children's treatment 30 minutes
Introducing your children to holistic therapies can provide huge benefits for them as they navigate the pressures of school and all that this brings. All treatments can be provided over clothing, no pressure for them to have skin on skin massage. For children 7-16.
