Boiler breakdown
Boiler breakdown and repair. Fee covers the initial hour to repair or diagnose the fault. Parts not included.
Boiler service
On average a boiler service will take 60 minutes, making sure your boiler is working safely and efficently. A safety certificate will be also be issued.
Landlord gas safety certificate
Landlord gas safety certificate. £80 includes boiler and cooker / hob. Gas fires will be charged at an additional £60inc vat.
Powerflush / system flush
A power flush is a process carried out by central heating engineers designed to remove sludgy build-up in the boiler, pipes and radiators that make up your central heating system. A power flushing unit sends water through your central-heating system at high velocity to dislodge any build-up of sludge, rust and other debris. This helps to improve the efficiency and lifespan of the boiler and central heating system and prevent breakdowns.
