I saw Lou for 4 sessions along side having swimming confidence lessons for my fear of deep water I had had from being 9/10 years old, after a traumatic school swimming lesson. I’m now 57! I can honestly say it’s changed my life. I’m so confident now and it’s opened up a whole new world for me, no more avoiding swimming pools on holiday or being scared of the sea and going on a boat. The confidence I have in my lessons now is 100% improved and I’m only attending them now to learn more swimming styles. I would highly recommended Lou. She’s so nice and puts you at ease straight away.
