This session is all about you. We will sit together and create space to gather information about where you are and where you want to be. Most recent wins and life achievements. What worked then? Does it work now. What is the block? Take a break and go on a wonder walk to notice things outside. Second section looks at how you respond when things don't go the way you want them too. Why you feel the way you do? Explore what can be done differently and what does that look like? A comfort break with a cuppa. The last part involves just getting comfortable. Using the last part of this exploration to go into trance. A therapeutic tool to engage the brains subconcious to work for you, not against you. A relaxed state to support both the body and the mind.
