Terms and Conditions – Haircut Booking

By proceeding with and completing a booking through our online booking system, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Non-Refundable Booking Fee

All payments made at the time of booking are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. By confirming your appointment, you confirm that you have been clearly informed of this policy prior to proceeding with your booking. Please bring cash to pay for the remainder of the service once it has been fulfilled.

2. Cancellations and No-Shows

In the event of a cancellation or failure to attend your appointment (no-show), the payment made will not be refunded or transferred.

3. Rescheduling

Customers are advised to double-check their own availability completely before booking to avoid the need for rescheduling. Requests to reschedule appointments may be considered at our discretion. Any changes must be requested within a reasonable timeframe prior to the appointment. Approval of rescheduling is not guaranteed.

4. Late Arrivals

A late fee is mandatory to all arrivals later than 10 minutes of confirmed time. Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or forfeited entirely, depending on availability. This will still be treated as a completed booking and will not be eligible for any refund.

5. Agreement to Terms

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.
