Telemedicine Visit via Google Meet. This online medical consultation is dedicated to the comprehensive evaluation and treatment of obesity as a chronic, complex disease. The visit is conducted via Google Meet in a secure and confidential setting. It is designed for international patients, individuals living abroad, or those who prefer remote medical care. During the consultation, we will: - Review your medical history and previous treatments - Assess weight history and metabolic risk factors - Evaluate obesity-related conditions (type 2 diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, sleep apnea, etc.) - Discuss evidence-based therapeutic options, including lifestyle intervention, nutritional strategies, GLP-1–based pharmacotherapy, and when appropriate, bariatric or endoscopic procedures - Develop a personalized medical plan tailored to your clinical profile

Dr. Marco Franceschin is a Medical Doctor specialized in obesity and metabolic health, with extensive clinical experience in the medical and multidisciplinary management of obesity as a chronic, complex disease.
His approach integrates evidence-based medicine, personalized nutritional strategies, metabolic risk assessment, and when appropriate, advanced pharmacological therapies including GLP-1–based treatments.
