Changing Room Hire
Rental of Changing Rooms includes access to sports field only. Access to kitchen, large hall, bar area or small hall is a chargeable extra.
Cleaning/Security Deposit
A deposit will normally be required at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded seven days after the date of the event, either in full or reduced by: a) The cost of making good any damage caused at the event, or b) The hire cost if the booking is cancelled without at least 72 hours prior notice having been given. If the premises and grounds are not left in a satisfactory condition all or part of the deposit may be forfeited.
Large Hall Hire - 1 - 4 Hours
Rental of large hall includes access to kitchen and bar area. Please advise if you wish to use catering equipment or run a bar as there may be an additional charge
Large Hall Hire - 5 - 8 Hours
Rental of large hall includes access to kitchen and bar area. Please advise if you wish to use catering equipment or run a bar as there may be an additional charge
Small Hall Hire
Rental of small hall includes access to kitchen. Please advise if you wish to use catering equipment as there may be an additional charge
