A 30-minute deep tissue sports massage that can cover a smaller localised area of the body (i.e. legs, back, shoulders etc).
45 Minute Sports Massage
A 45-minute deep tissue sports massage that can cover a medium, more general area of the body (i.e. legs and lower back, Upper back and shoulders etc).
60 Minute Sports Massage
A 60-minute deep tissue sports massage that can cover large areas of the body, i.e. legs, back, and shoulders etc. and may use multiple modalities to support the treatment, i.e. cupping, stretching, thermal therapy.
90 Minute Sports Massage
A comprehensive deep tissue sports massage that can cover the entire area of the body, commencing with the manipulation of the tissues of the feet, through the legs, hips, buttocks, back, shoulders, neck, arms, and hands. A truly fulfilling full body MOT.
Sports Injury Assessment and Treatment
This appointment will consist of a consultation that explores the injury, and a full assessment will take place. Followed by a treatment of the injured area, using an array of modalities which may include: Soft Tissue Therapy (Massage and Cupping), Manual Therapy (Joint and Spinal Mobilisations, Electrotherapy (TENS, NMES, Ultrasound), Accupuncture, based on the specific injury. The session will end with rehabilitation guidance.
