Cupping therapy - 40 mins

Caution is required for individuals with bleeding disorders, those taking anticoagulant medication, or during pregnancy. Suitability will always be assessed prior to treatment.

Sports massage therapy focuses on treating muscles and soft tissues affected by general physical activity, training and exercise. Using targeted techniques, tools and some movement based therapies it helps improve mobility, reduce muscle soreness, support recovery, and address minor injuries before they develop into bigger problems. Please book in to help reduce and manage symptoms of the following: Tendonitis / Tendonopathy, impingements, strains, sprains, tears, sciatica, tennis & golfers elbow, runners knee, shin splints, frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel, whiplash, plantar fascitis and many more. If your discomfort is more related to general tension, postural strain, or long-standing muscular tightness rather than exercise, a Deep Tissue Massage may be more appropriate. Deep tissue treatment focuses on relieving deeper layers of tension and restoring normal muscle function.
