I came to Reiki in October 2023 after burning out in my role as a Care Coordinator. Is spent so long caring for others that somewhere along the way, I'd lost myself. An NLP session pointed me towards my Reiki Master Teacher - and the moment I walked through her door, something in me said I'm home
After 28 days of self-healing, I knew I wanted to share this with other people. I founded Atman Healing, and I haven't looked back since.
Today I'm a 13th- generation lineage Reiki Master Teacher, and I offer one to one Reiki (in-person and distance), Animal Reiki, Reiki Circles, bespoke essential oil blends. Whether you're feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, or just a little disconnected from yourself- this is a safe, gentle space to come back to you.
I'm based in Knutsford, Cheshire, and I work with people in person and from a distance& so wherever you are, we can work together.
