You will then receive a 30 minute Reiki & crystal healing treatment using intuitively picked crystals for your individual needs to help bring your mind, body & soul back to balance.

During your session you will lie comfortably while being immersed in the gentle vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments. These soothing frequencies help quiet the mind, release energetic blockages and encourage deep relaxation. Many people experience a sense of stillness, emotional release and improved wellbeing.
