Our Community Transport Services
NDIS Transport
- We provide transport supports for NDIS participants to attend appointments, community activities, employment, and social participation. Services are delivered in line with individual plans and goals.
CHSP Transport
- Transport services for older people under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), supporting access to medical appointments, shopping, and social activities to maintain independence at home.
Support at Home Transport
- We provide transport services under the Support at Home program, supporting older people to attend appointments, access the community, and maintain independence at home.
